The beginning of 2026 is when I really embarked on this journey of tattooing but the passion began a long time before that.

My love for art and creativity sparked as soon as I could hold a crayon. The need to create and embellish everything continued to grow and as I got older and discovered you could decorate skin!? Amazing.

As a young teen, I had a subscription to "Inked" Magazine and would would post the pictures in scrapbooks and on my bedroom walls. I would take tattoo books out from the library and copy the pictures in my sketchbook. Thankfully, I couldn't get tattooed at 13 years old or I'd likely be covered in 00s barbed wire designs and Gothic fairies!

I gained my HNC in Art and Design at City of Glasgow college graduating when I was six months pregnant, before taking some time out to be Mum.

Over the years since then, I have developed as an artist and crafter. Specialising in human and animal portraits, I have worked on improving my skills in realism. In January 2026, I began the Pathways to Start course through Highlands and Islands Enterprise; designed to develop business ideas in rural areas. This was the push I needed to finally do the thing I always dreamed of: tattooing.

Starting my tattoo journey has felt like learning to draw all over again. There is so much to the theory side of it all as well. I truly have my work cut out for me! The tech computer side of things has been the most difficult part by far though. Please bear with me while I figure it all out!

It's all very new and all very exciting and I haven't felt this motivated in years! I am absolutely buzzing for you all to join me on this adventure!
